Rental Rates

Rentals for Functions

Auditorium – Regular Monday to Thursday

• $1800 for up to 300 seated theatre-style (extras, up to a maximum of 400 seats total,  @$4) OR
• 160 diners seated on 20 round tables (extras, up to a maximum of 240 diners total, @$10)
• Rate covers a maximum of 8 hours including set-up and teardown. Additional hours (or part thereof) at $230 per hour

Auditorium – Friday/Saturday/Sunday 

• $2000 for up to 300 seated theatre-style or 160 diners seated on 20 round tables. Extras charged as above.
• Rate covers a maximum of 8 hours including set-up and teardown. Additional hours (or part thereof) at $250 per hour

Auditorium – Public Holidays

• $2500 for up to 300 seated theatre-style or 160 diners seated on 20 round tables. Extras charged as above
• Rate covers a maximum of 8 hours including set-up and teardown. Additional hours (or part thereof) at $350 per hour

Meeting/Social Rooms- Monday to Thursday

• $1400 for up to 96 people for 6 hours. Additional persons at $10 per person

Meeting/Social Rooms – Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Statutory Holidays

• $1600 for up to 96 people for 6 hours.  Additional persons at $10 per person

Please Note:

– The above rental charges include PA system with two microphones. Complete sound system for musical events is available for a minimum rate of $600 for 3 hours; additional time for $200 per hour.

– Tea and coffee available for $1 per person with a minimum of $50.

– Table cloths for banquets available for $10 per table.

– All  tariff charges are subject to applicable taxes (HST)

 

Deposits and Payments

1) Rental deposit: 50% of contract on signing (refund policy: 100% with minimum 60 days cancellation notice; 50% with minimum 30 days cancellation notice; 0% with less than 30 days cancellation notice.)

2) Balance of contract price: due 24 hours prior to rental

3) Security deposit: $500, payable 24 hours prior to rental.  Refundable 24 hours after event on clean post-rental inspection of property. 

4) A 5% surcharge applies for payments made via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).  Refunds on credit card will also be subject to a 5%  administrative cost.
