Course Registration Policy

Payment

– payment can be made via cash, cheque, or credit card (Mastercard, Visa)

– there is a 5% surcharge for payment made via credit card

Cancellation

– One week prior to course beginning: full refund

– Less than one week prior to course beginning: full credit minus non-discounted rate for one class

– Up to halfway through the course: full credit minus non-discounted rate for number of expired classes

– Past halfway point of course: no refund

Note:
1) Refunds on fees paid by credit card will be subject to a 5% charge (on the full fee amount) representing credit card processing fees.
2) The non-discounted rate is the rate for attending a single class, usually $30 for a full course fee that equates to $25 per class
